Hello THE PAGES OF DESTINY friends! 

We are halfway through our Kickstarter and up to 7,000 dollars of the total 11,000 goal! Before anything else, the PAGES team would like to thank you for your amazing enthusiasm and excitement about our project, which would not be possible without you. Since we posted this Kickstarter, we have ended the 2017/2018 school year at SCAD and have moved into our Summer production schedule, where our preparation and ambition for the fall grows and grows. We appreciate your patience as we make this transition, and we wanted to update everyone about what has been going on the last twenty days!

Meet More of the Team!

First, we wanted to take the chance to introduce you to more of our Supervising team - for those following us on Facebook, you might see some familiar faces!

Cuoco Pazzo Dinner

Cuoco Pazzo Cucina Italiana were our gracious hosts on the 23rd as we celebrated the launch of our Kickstarter campaign! We had an amazing - and more importantly, not stressful! - night with the entire team. Some of us got the chance to meet in person with those we'd worked with, but had never met before. Thank you manager Jermey Black & the entire Cuoco Pazzo team for supporting our production!

Zunzi's Takeout & Catering Fundraiser

Zunzi's Takeout and Catering hosted THE PAGES OF DESTINY on May 30th where a portion of the proceeds earned that night went towards our production! Thank you to the Zunzi's team for their support, and thank you to everyone who came out for a great night, with great food, for a great cause! 

Moving Forward

We need your help to reach our final goal for our Kickstarter campaign. We are almost there, but not there yet. It is a universal truth that the best form of advertising is word of mouth, so we want to ask you to do just that - tell as many people as you can about our work, as well as share our project on social media! Just as a reminder, we have a Facebook page, a Twitter page, an Instagram page, and a website!

I'd like to take the chance to congratulate our director, Nico Rinciari, for one of his other short films being selected for the Los Angeles Cinefest, as well as having already been nominated and won prizes in four international film festivals. We are all so proud. The PAGES team can't wait for all of the hard work and effort we have done to create our final project come to fruition at long last. 

Finally, I wanted to share with you an excerpt from a message sent to our team by Nico: 

"Soon, we will have an amazing story to share: not only the one told in the short film, but also the story of how we managed to connect Europe with the United States, making something that will remain in our heart and in the one of the audience. All of this has already begun."
